be selected from a random drawings held from all valid entries
received up to and including the close of that particular drawing.
Sweepstakes promoters and/or sweepstakes sponsors are not responsible
for lost or stolen entries.
2. No purchase required to enter contest. Winners
need not be present to win. All winners will be notified by Telephone/E-Mail/FAX
or Registered Mail. Limit one (1) entry per household.
3. Entry form must be completed in full INCLUDING
ALL SURVEY QUESTIONS. ANY INCOMPLETE FORM WILL VOID ENTRY INTO
