Growing up,
we drank fresh juice every day
“My father started the company making health food juices, which
at that time only appeared in health food stores," recalls Bruce
Langer. Dad was our "head
juicer," and we were his "official tasters". That's
how we discovered which fruits made the best blends and the best tasting
juice.
We make juice.
We drink a lot of juice as well. In fact, we taste every batch before
the Langer label reaches the bottle.
The Langer family
is actively involved in every aspect of making juice, from production
and marketing to quality assurance.
Originally a
specialty producer of health juices,
Langer Juice Company, Inc., has emerged as a major force in the
very competitive juice industry. Producing beverages in many of
the high volume categories that include apple, cranberry, grape,
citrus and tropical blends, the Langer brand can be found in major
retailers across the country. Recently we have expanded our product
line to include enhanced 100% juices which contain added vitamins,
essential antioxidants, minerals and herbs.

Study Finds Consuming Apple Juice Associated With Brain Health
In Older Animals “These newer findings show that there is
something in apples and apple juice that protects brain cells
in normal aging, much like the protection we previously saw
against Alzheimer-like symptoms,” says Shea. " —University
of Massachusetts Lowell

Weight
Loss
Apples are a delicious source of dietary fiber, and dietary
fiber helps aid digestion and promotes weight loss. A medium
apple contains about five grams of fiber, more than most cereals.
Also, apples contain almost zero
fat and cholesterol, so they are a delicious
snack and dessert food that’s good for you. |
Apple
Juice counters the effects of a burger
"We were particularly excited about our research because
we found the amount of phytonutrients in apple juice, and their
antioxidant activity, was significant. In fact, if you went
out and you ordered a hamburger, drinking apple juice or another
phytonutrient-rich beverage could help to protect your body
against the fats in that burger."
UC-Davis lead researcher Eric Gershwin, M.D.
