Chocolate Eggnog

Eggnog Punch
Any of the flavored eggnog drinks can be served chilled. When serving chilled, substitute milk for some of the eggnog for a thinner consistency. For an eggnog punch, add softened vanilla ice cream to the desired amount of eggnog mixture in a punch bowl. Top the punch with dollops of whipped cream and freshly grated nutmeg.
Easy Eggnog Cream Pie
Prepare two 3.4-ounce packages of French Vanilla pudding mix using 2-3/4 cups eggnog and whipped cream (see following directions). Add 1 tablespoon vanilla, if desired. In a chilled bowl, beat one half-pint carton of whipping cream. Gradually add 1 to 2 tablespoons confectioners' sugar to whipping cream, if desired; beat cream until stiff peaks are almost formed. Fold one-half of the whipped cream into the pudding mixture. Spoon pudding mixture into a graham cracker crust. Spread remaining whipped cream over pie. Cover and chill until ready to serve. To serve, garnish pie with freshly grated nutmeg.
